For this twelfth edition, the focus was put on vintage clothes, the current major trend: shoes, dresses, designer bags from leading brands await enthusiastic fans. A full and well-defined space at the Brussels Design Market has been allocated to them.

Established in 2002, the Brussels Design Market is a flea market exclusively devoted to design, mainly in production in the 50’s to the early 80’s. Following its expansion, the largest post-war design flea market is comfortably installed in the former Gare Maritime, protected from any showers, and is already celebrating its eleventh edition … which makes it one of the oldest design events in the capital, which is no mean feat! On Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September, about a hundred exhibitors, professionals and enthusiastic amateurs, coming from Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, England, Austria and Italy, will display their furniture and objects from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and early 80’s in the relaxed spirit of a large flea market.

The event will be opened to the public, dealers and collectors in the historic and unique setting of the Ancienne Gare Maritime at Tour & Taxis, 86c av du Port in 1000 Brussels (entrance through the Tour & Taxis site).
